To work this out, get your average project value, gross profit margin (%) and sales close rate. If you sell an average Kitchen at £15,000 with a 40% margin, that leaves £6,000 gross profit. If it takes 3 appointments to get a sale, then technically you can afford UPTO £2,000 (you obviously wouldn't want to pay that much)
